Further Solutions With Voice

In order to carry out legal transactions in the digital world in a convenient and secure way, we have developed a system for digital voice signatures together with StepOver. This process works without media transfer or manipulation risks and offers all contractual parties legal certainty as everybody can check at any time what and when who agreed upon.

Legal transactions in a digital world require reliable proof of the authenticity of a declaration of intent. Together with StepOver, we have developed a voice-based system for digital signatures that stores this VOICETRUST Signature in documents inseparably and unchangeably.

  • A contract partner does not have to print out digitally received documents any longer to sign them.
  • Mail office, fax machine or scanner are no longer needed for transmitting signed documents.
  • The system is proof that the person signing a multi-page document has seen all pages in the present form.
  • The time and date of the contract conclusion cannot be manipulated.
  • A voice-based signature cannot be copied by anyone like a manual signature could and cannot be copied into other texts.

When the business partner clicks on the “sign now” button, the VOICETRUST server initiates a phone call to the user and makes him state his name, the date and time as well as a confirmation that he is signing the document with the checksum displayed on the screen. Voice sample, document and checksum will be merged in accordance with audit requirements and in a standard format and can be used as a proof in court. In case of any doubt, the voice sample of the contracting parties can be used later on for a verification of identity. The recorded checksum can prove that the document is still in its original form.

We recognize:
Desktop Users
Sign into the company network or reset your password with your voice.
Credit Card and Online Banking Customers
Bank customers wish for maximum flexibility and security. So far, these have been contradictory goals, especially in online banking or the use of credit cards.
Owners of PDAs and Cell Phones
Cell phones and PDAs have basically become mobile offices. Data stored on them has to be secured.
Callers
True enough, since the launch of ISDN and digital mobile networks it is possible to see the caller ID on your display. But this is not the caller’s identity!
